Terms of Service
Effective January 1, 2025. Last updated for Neurvix.
1. Services
Neurvix provides AI data annotation, LLM training data, RLHF, content moderation, and related human-intelligence services as detailed in individual project agreements. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for any engagement are defined in a signed statement of work.
2. Confidentiality
All project data is handled under mutual NDA. We maintain strict data isolation between client projects, and our annotators and reviewers only access the data required for their specific assigned task.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon payment, clients own all annotated datasets and deliverables produced under their engagement. Neurvix retains no rights to client data or the datasets we deliver.
4. Quality Guarantee
We target 95%+ accuracy on every project and will re-annotate any batch falling below the agreed SLA at no additional cost, per the quality terms defined in your statement of work.
5. Limitation of Liability
Neurvix's liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific deliverable in question, except where prohibited by law or otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
